This was offered at 50k discount at MIAS. At that price, that's really enticing for an entry level car. A refreshing option from the bare boned tin cans in the price segment.

This car is the most value packed in the sub 4m crossover segment. It really misses out on 3 features which are push button start, android auto /apple carplay(can be fixed aftermarket), no led headlights(can be fixed aftermarket). It has everything else you need including cruise control. If I was shopping in this segment I would look at this and bypass the usual suspects including Suzuki(because, no Fronx).

We were thinking that as well, that several missing bits can be easily modded in by adventurous owners. You are saving mod money after all!

Very compelling car, but it irks me that this car was originally released in its home market way back in 2019. But it still holds up pretty well given the features it has and considering its competition (Geely GX3 Pro & Cherry Tiggo 2 Pro).

looks really nice and priced very competitively. but the rear seats not properly folding down is a huge design miss.

That’s because you first have to tumble the seat base forward *then* fold the seat backs flat. Too bad Changan didn’t brief the media about it, as it was a missed opportunity to showcase that it actually folds flat and is class-leading at that.
