Key statistics: The average sales price is $625K, with homes staying on the market for an average of 133 days.
Pricing insights: The list-to-sell price ratio at the time of sale was 96.9%, but when compared to the original list price, it drops to 92.7%. The median sales price is $637,500 with 116 days on the market, and a 97.3% list-to-sell price ratio, dropping to 95.3% when looking back to the original list price.
A special note: Only 7 lakefront homes sold in less than 30 days on the market.
