The digital instrument cluster on the Colorado is 11", not 10" as you stated in the video. Lariat and Z71 are not exactly directly comparable. The XLT may have been a better direct comparison, especially considering pricing differences. Then there is the issue of availability. The Ranger is still virtually impossible to purchase, whereas the Colorado is beginning to be more available.

The Lariat and Z71 are the comparable trims despite the pricing difference. There will never be an exact equivalent truck from one brand to the next but looking at the trim structure, the XLT compares well to the LT.

A big selling point for me on the Ranger is the 48" between rear wheels in the truck bed. Not available on Chevy.

A great comparison as always. One of my favorite things about my 23 Z71 is the 4WD auto mode, which is not available in the Ranger Lariat (Ranger Raptor only). Having 4 auto gives you confidence when driving in changing conditions. Good luck with your channel.

Thanks for the comment! 4WD Auto is very nice as it (can) provide additional traction in certain condition quicker than someone could manually react.

Ford Ranger is not on the list of vehicle for the Chicago auto show.
