I was thinking of Wahl vapor beause im a wahl fan, but i will definetly buy JRL and TPOB clippers. @@ronaldbarberstar1 got one just stock set up just as it came. I have one with the stainless steel style craft blade that I only use for detailing Kuz the teeth are wide apart and very deep and thin. I have one with the blurr blade set up to just about a 1.5. And I have one with the wahl 3 hole 0000 blade that I use for balding and clipper over comb. Gna get another one with the TPOB Chunk blade on it. Chunk blade is official bro. Every barber should have the chunk blade on they favorite clipper. It’s pretty much a master/fast feed blade. But fits the wahl style brackets.

edo i have a feeling that kemei km 1858 and vgr 001 use the same motor.And vgr 003 and kemei km 2796 use the same motor which is either different than that of the previous mentioned duo or the same just tuned at higher speed and/or voltage.Do you feel the same way?

I have the vgr 003, i received the 2796 but the model I ordered didn't have the extra blade. But I believe you're right thise 2 motors seem to be the same. I also have the kemei version of the 003 but the motor sounds different like it's slower but same torque. I have the 001 vgr as well and the motor doesn't feet the same as the vgr 003. I gotta say though these vgrs and kemeis they are making now are a lot better than 4 years ago. Which is the last time I bought Chinese clippers. They are now far better than any wahl out there

@billosevics the 003 sounds faster than the 001. Faster vibration which is why I feel the motors are different. But the strength and torque feel the same. By far though the 003 is so manuvarable because of the shape, slim size. Working around the ear is so much better with the 003. The 001 looks futuristic but I'm debating on returning it. That turn knob is unnecessary. It should only have 2 speed levels like the 003. The 003 is the best clipper I ever bought . Better than my cordless masters and babyliss profx

They both are same but tpob play is way cheaper than jrl onyx tpob play does feel cheap and i personally like design of jrl i dont care about ergonomics of it i am used to it if youre a wahl guy and you like ergonomics of wahl clippers then why not getting same clipper in half price then why not to go with it

The body is different. The play build is better in my opinion. It’s all metal too. And because of that it actually runs like a decibel or 2 quieter than the JRL. Other than that everything’s the same . Same factory. Play is the perfect blend between the wahl shape and andis master shape when speaking on silhouette. It’s square up top like masters but tapers down like wahl. And has groves and finger placement like wahl as well. Not as wide as the masters tho. I got 4 of em. All with different blades. If he drops the green ima get that one and call it a day.
