I don’t blame you for not wanting to deal with all the issues involved with the purchase of a new RV. Since making this video, I have found a half dozen more problems that had the potential to cause serious issues. The worst being a plumbing leak in an area where it would not have ordinarily been discovered in time to prevent serious damage to the floor and wall. I found it while dealing with something else… If you lived near a dealership that had good tech’s and the shop capacity to make repairs with little or no wait, it wouldn’t be nearly as bad, but still, the sheer number of issues would make ownership difficult for the average person. The Critter RV guy tried very hard to be positive, perhaps too hard. Like myself, he has the skills to make his own repairs, and so for us, these things are an annoyance and inconvenience, but not the end of the world. I feel for the people who must rely on a dealership for all repairs, as for them, this coach would be an overwhelming nightmare. If I had it to do again, I would probably have one of the small upfitters convert an AWD commercial van or small box truck. I thought about having my 24’ Sprinter converted, but it is not all wheel drive.
