2024 Dept 56, Dark Forest Landscape Review

Congratulations!! That’s my all-time favorite Halloween piece! I did change my light-just a normal cord and a colored LED bulb.

This is a terrible deal. There’s no way I pay $60 for a bunch of toilet brushes. Seriously these are not well themed, they look like something used to detail a car. Very disappointing department 56. I’m sure you cant express your feelings because they’re probably sponsoring, but that’s not worth the price. If they had been attached to a rocky base or created some sort of arrangement I might feel bamboozled into the purchasing. Otherwise this is a total fail.

Like I said, I’ve seen some skeletal trees without Leaves that have looked pretty good. I think if this had a dusting of snow or leaves or even was placed on a hillside with fence some other effects it would have made it worth the $60 for me. I can’t remember the name because it’s in storage, but there is a department 56 hilltop with a bunch of trees skeletons and spooky sounds that is far cooler than this.
