I don't know if there are awards for disc golf videos, but i nominate this MPO 9 as best overall coverage of the year! Commentary is terrific, amusing, and on point. Great players are throwing everything at this course, good and bad. Scores are dynamic which is great for viewing, but stressful for the players. And the production and editing team (s?) are on another level here: Camera folk are framing greens, tracking shots, catching player reactions, and dodging discs; Editing people put it together, then anticipated the flow and gave us just the right context when we needed it. Honestly, you all are really Telling the Story in this one. Kudos.

Yes! ​Uli has been very patient and chill I've noticed. He used to get slighty agitated by Jerm's speaking style which would get Jerm a little defensive and it would then become an almost unlistenable coversge, at least to me. But lately he's really matured and knows how to butter up Big Jerm so that he stays on track. Kudos to Uli.

AB continues to impress, imo. I've caught myself thinking in the last couple of tournaments that AB is on coverage that he's not looking that amazing, then realise he's putting together a top 10 round. It feels like even AB's floor is good enough to keep him in the running, which is crazy scary for the field. Of players. And I guess the courses too. All fields.

No not really. Des moines is basically in the center and then Indianola is about 20ish miles South of that. This more in the Cedar Rapids/Ames area.

Simon became a father and plays like he needs to figure something out. His mental game looking weak. I love me some Simon lines and him in general as he and Calvin are my favorite 2 golfers. I just wish he could be a top 10 guy when you know he has the game to.

That's from switching to MVP, by far the most unreliable molds on the market. Every disc in the same mold, plastic and run flies completely differently. He's been horribly inconsistent since the day he switched to them and clearly doesn't enjoy the game as much anymore on top of it. Nobody who does well consistently plays for MVP. Not surprising.

So pros effectively aren't throwing X or Y disc mold, they're throwing the disc with the exact characteristics that they want, regardless of mold?
