2024 Diversify Dentistry Youth Summit at UMKC

Thanks to the Delta Dental Institute and the Delta Dental Oral Health Diversity Fund, the Diversify Dentistry Youth Summit program has expanded and is coming to dental schools nationwide.
Our Youth Summits provide opportunities for students from historically underrepresented backgrounds to explore dentistry and take a step towards creating a more diverse oral health workforce. Research shows that a diverse workforce can improve patient-provider communication, care outcomes, and health equity.
