Ok. They got the V8 sounds correct, but nobody bothered to actually SYNCRONIZE the sounds to the actions of the car! During the donuts, the sounds are basically the sound of brake torquing an engine at 2000rpm, not the sounds of a "V8" doing a nasty donut. Also, why not have done the Hyundai approach and have the car "shift"? Dodge dominated so hard with the Hemi and the Hellcats, and so far have done nothing but fall short with this new Charger.

I don't disagree that Dodge is bad at making business decisions, however the government is mandating this and all V8's will be gone. It has nothing to do with what the companies want to do. They have to pay penalties for every V8 they make. If you follow the news, Ford is in bad shape right now. They already made a mustang electric SUV. Which in my opinion is a worse business decision than this. For Ford fans, I'm glad they made the V8 for this past couple years but it'll be gone soon. They're already making an electric Camaro.

Second, The Mach-E and other EVs are there so that Ford can keep the V8 running as long as they can - it's a cycle of selling EVs for good-boy points then spending those points on selling V8s. Third, you can't force the hand of consumers - if one wants to V8 swap a car, who's gonna slap them on the wrist and send them to jail because of exercising their freedoms that they so enjoy? The government is incapable of blanket forcing its people towards a certain direction because we have these so-called checks and balances, and an inherent dislike of change. I think everyone is missing one very important point! The Chevron doctrine is now gone! The EPA can no longer can mandate emissions, rules, and regulations for MPG and emissions. Since before 1984 when the Chevron doctrine was first introduced, Congress had to enact laws and regulations. The Chevron doctrine temporarily bypass that. The Chevron doctrine has now been ruled (and rightfully so) unconstitutional! No branch of government other than Congress can make new laws . Congress is going to have to get up off its ass and do its job other than corrupt.. At last! It’s time to bring back the Hemi! Or something close!

Thanks to Stellantis und kudos to the sound engineers for reworking Fratzonic - this version sounds way better than the one at the reveal of the prototype. And to all the petrol heads out there: I'm one myself, but I know, that we can't go on with ICE cars like we did before. EVs are the future and we have to accept that. And I find it at least appreciable, that manufacturers like Stellantis - and especially performance brands like Dodge - try to make the switch less painful for peteol heads like us, by implementing something like Fratzonic, or what Hyundai does with the Ioniq 5 N.
