I have a 2020 model. It’s a blast to ride. I installed a Leo Vince X3 slip on exhaust and a K&N air filter. I noticed quite a bit of difference in throttle response, torque, and top end power. It sounds amazing with the Leo Vince exhaust also.
@Paramoto9596 ай бұрын
I bet it sounds amazing!
@machupikachu10856 ай бұрын
I am really thinking of getting the x3 as well. Is it really that noticeable even without a header swap? Did you have to rejet? Did you do the snorkel drop or the 3x3? Thanks!
@l-mac51056 ай бұрын
@@machupikachu1085 It is. I did not have the carb re-jetted, snorkel drop, or the 3x3 mod. I’d thought about doing those, but I am satisfied with the couple of enhancements I’ve done, slip-on exhaust and K&N air filter.

Im relying on Australia and US for DRZ spare parts 😅 my country doesn't allow new carb bikes into thr country. It all has to be EFI now for new incoming bikes in Singapore due to their stupid emission laws 😪
@Paramoto9594 ай бұрын
No shocking. What they fail to understand is how small of an impact these bikes have on the environment. Who cares if its carb if its getting stupid good gas millage.

@@Paramoto959 agreed, it's a big wigs conglomerate thingy that's pushing for this EFI agenda I guess. Let's be honest, if folks wanna save the planet. We should all just stop using everything including our smart phones and internet and go back to medieval ages. I'm sure if everyone globally including all companies goes "medieval" and start using wooden sail ships, horses and horse carriages. The world will be a way cleaner place. Electric vehicles and EFI nonsense are not gonna save the planet, animals, etc...

New Drz has it.
@AJ17119Ай бұрын
@@1122redbird the new Drz seems to be lesser of a bike vs the old one. I like it when a supermoto looks good but with the ability to put on some rear top box/luggage stuff etc. The new Drz doesn't seem to have all that. And prolly won't have any tank upgrade options for now unlike the old one. Though EFI is definitely nice to have 👍
@1122redbirdАй бұрын
@@AJ17119 We won't know for sure til it comes out and gets some time in the market, but from what I see, I tend to agree with you. Efi is nice, but still no sixth gear for road cruising. And frankly, the old Drz was such a classic, they could have left it alone but just added Efi and everyone would have been happy.

I've always liked DRZs, but they're just a rip off now. They're old af and Suzuki is milking them too hard. It's $8k for: - 25 year old bike - 400cc - 31hp - 322lbs - little to no electronics or $12k for: - Brand new - 700cc - 74hp - 6 lbs heavier - the best electronics in the game If you can finance an $8k, you can finance a $12k bike. If you can't afford the difference, you REALLY shouldn't be spending your money on a bike.
