Phenomenal movie for Godzilla. Each fight had a purpose with it's own style. Godzilla adapted his combat for 5 different opponents in this one movie. Godzilla dominated on land and water yet had challenges from most opponents in some degree. Godzilla's sheer strength was too much for Skar and Scylla while his energy was too much for Tiamat and Kong. Shimo was the only opponent that could match both.

This movie reminds me of the classic Showa films and Godzilla Final Wars. The scenes with Mothra had me pretty emotional in theaters, I was also glad to hear some of the classic Godzilla SFX. The movie felt rushed, but despite that the monster scenes made for one hell of an entertaining film. Godzilla was killin’ it during his entire moments of screentime.
