@@fordmy dash peeled up on my $75,000 f150 limited and you all refused to replace it under warranty. You also stoped responding to me as to why it wouldn’t be covered. Built Ford Tough? $3,000 to replace my dash when the truck is still under warranty.

@@fordHey I want to ask that is Ford planning to make the next generation Ford EcoSport to be sold in the United States because I was disappointed that it had to go in 2023 I guess and please bring back the EcoSport.

@@fordreally???? I purchased a new 23 F150 back in March of this year at my local dealership. They were moving last year’s models out to make room for the new models. Great price and great interest rates deal caught my attention. Since then the truck has been in the shop multiple times and hardly has been drive. A list of repairs as follow…… 1. Instrument Cluster Panel stopped working and was replaced. 2. Driver side door not closing properly and had to be realigned. 3. A/C froze over and stopped working due to a software upgrade. 4. Radio and Bluetooth quit working multiple times and screen goes black. Was just to that an OTA will be sent out to resolve is later this 4th quarter. 5. Driveshaft and differential rebuilt due to a clunking noise when coming to a stop. Truck was in shop at the dealership for over 2 months getting repairs done. Got the truck back. Problem still there. Took it back in to have a FSE look at it for 2 days and only to be told that this is normal for this truck to have this noise. Really??? Normal??? The loaner truck they gave didn’t make the noise. My truck has only 3300 miles on it and I have no faith in driving this truck anymore. I’ve started the buy back process over a month ago and aslo haven’t gotten anywhere with it. The Ford Motor Company representative(Marie Beverly) I’m working with doesn’t communicate well nor give updates. I’ve emailed her and used the extension number that was given to me which doesn’t work. Get an automated response saying extension number not recognized and the number is correct. So with this all said is Ford Trucks Built Tough? Do they care about the customers and the integrity of the product they’re selling? From where I stand it doesn’t look like they do. Wonder if this will get someone’s attention at the corporate level.

@@fordif Ford cares they would help there customers. I’ve reached many of times to get my truck’s problems fixed through my dealership. Just read my response below. Apparently Ford can’t even do that.

Raise your hand if you own a Ford with over 200,000 miles on it and have not had to rebuild one of these components: the engine, transmission or electrical system/wiring. Crickets! Yeah, that is what I thought.
