This year we are going to work 12 different graphs (one representing each month) in filet crochet. You can turn these into a nice blanket at the end of the year, or, if you prefer, you can use them individually as placemats, or table coverings, chairbacks... etc!
Materials:
at least 150-200yds of yarn per month (I'm using 4 weight acrylic)
4.5mm crochet hook
Using these materials, my square measures about 14 inches wide and 10.5 inches tall.
Feel free to play around with your hook size and yarns if you'd like!

New crocheter here. Just found your channel and I'm very happy. Thank you for making useful items and not just decorative stuff. I've been searching for a channel like yours. I'm a minimalist and don't care for "Nick nacks." My house rule is, if it's not used more than once a week, it's gone. Thanks again.

@@bitknits Thank you for responding and I will reach out. Love your scrubber tutorials. They sold me . I ordered the scrubby yarn and will be making a lot of them for me and for gifts. I'm going to fasten some to dish soap for the gifts.
