Keeping my conscious bias aside, I would say that budget is big factor here, if budget is not an issues then US and it it is then Germany. Choosing between the US and Germany for a CS degree depends on various factors such as your career goals, financial situation, language proficiency, and personal preferences. The US offers a wide range of universities known for their strong computer science programs and access to leading tech companies. On the other hand, Germany provides excellent education with lower tuition fees (especially for EU citizens) and opportunities for internships in tech hubs like Berlin. Consider what matters most to you and research universities in both countries to make an informed decision.

I have been living in Germany for the past 3 years. Just coz it is free (sorta) doesn't mean it is for everyone. Please note the cultural differences b/w India and Europe are huge, especially the language, societal and weather considerations. English speaking jobs aren't a aplenty and local people aren't that welcoming and sometimes discriminatory, by nature. The Indian community is still at the periphery of the society i.e. not large enough. There's a reason that despite free studies, easy to get PR, government scholarships, and free access for the entire EU labor market to come and work in Germany, the country still has a labor shortage in many sectors. Also, a note to prospective students: Life isn't about getting that first job after college. How about 5-10 years from now ? What Industry does one want to work in ? Can you develop a 30-40 year long career there ? Can you start and grow a business there ? Would you be able to find a good match if moving as a single ? Can a person buy a house and build a life ? Is it possible to get credit or loans ? Can your parents visit you for an extended stay or live with you in their old age ? Many more considerations to note before one moves to a different country than just a Job.

I don't understand what you meant with "you will always be known as foreigner" in Germany. Of course there is a document that says "you are german now", it's a wonderful little thing called "passport". And after a certain time staying in Germany you as a foreigner can apply for citizenship, do a relative simple test, prove you can speak the language and then you are a german. Until then you have a settled status as foreigner in Germany. But that's in every country, i don't know one that gives you full citizenship upon entering the country.

German citizens’ passports state "Deutsch" (German), which would not appear if the person is not German.

@@GirlTravelsWorld That is the permanent resident card you get when legally staying in germany not a passport. That's like a permanent Visa, you can compare it to the US green card. So yes, the correct status stated on there is "foreigner" but with most rights a german would have, apart from voting. As soon as you reached the 5 years residency (formerly 7) you apply for citizenship and then you are fully german, nowhere is written then that you are somehow foreign or german second class or anything. In the video it sounded like "you will never be german, always a foreigner" and that Germany is special in that regard, as it was pointed out so clearly.

For Australia your knowledge is not good. Please check it again about Australia. Australia is best country in term of job opportunities and for highest salaries even for beginners.

@@musama4646 if you are studying good course in top 10 universities in Canada then no need to worry about rejections. Yes, rejections are possible if one goes to not so well known colleges or has funds issue
