For 40K this vehicle should have more included technology !!! Wireless CarPlay is common and sync 4 should be included. Why is a 3 cylinder engine not getting 40+ mpg ???

I agree, overpriced by $5 or $6k easily

Nice vehicle review Mike. Considered a Bronco Sport Badlands along with an Outback and a Tucson AWD. I think the Tucson Limited AWD that I got with an MSRP of $39,675 was a better value. However, there certainly is a bit more of a fun factor about driving a Bronco Sport over a Tucson. LOL 😂

The Tucson looks like ... a woman's vehicle, I'm sorry.

Tow hooks in the front? Nice color combination on the exterior. Handsome interior with the gray and brown color. Overall a great vehicle, but they have a habit of breaking or bending the steering linkage ends which are way too small in diameter or manufactured from poor materials. A few have come into the shop with this problem. Check closely before you purchase a used model. Thanks for another great review, Mike.

Very thorough review. I bought a 2024 Outer Banks because it was the only decent SUV that would fit in the garage of our new home. I had the dark gray with the gray and blue interior. I loved the looks and image of the vehicle. However, I soon found that it was not a SUV for a 6 ft 3 in, 290 lb. man. I was constantly pressing the gas and brake pedals together! I also question the marketing as an all terrain truck. With a 3 cylinger engine and street tires, no way would I take this off road. The GOAT modes aren onsense. So, I have already sold it. I really missed my Explorer as a long time Ford guy. And the prices of the Bronco are no bargain. I hope that you can live with a small truck. I would recommend the RAV4 instead.

I see $4K off on BS's now. They're overpriced to be marked down.

I thought it was a good review. Is on same plstform..I think..as a base Maverick pickup..would want the hybrid and little else in options. Love the "steelies" on the base "trucklet"..not much more than half the sticker on the Bronco. Ya..it's cute..but I will pass!

$39,000? For a car NOT better than the Japanese competition?? Can WE get some of that crack Ford is smoking?
@andrewb80742 ай бұрын
"Better" is subjective. The Bronco Sport is a better offroad option than any foreign offering in the segment, if one cares about that, and it isn't close. Even the Rav4 TRD is mediocre in comparison. And many of those competitors have CVTs, which is a dealbreaker for a huge number of people. Frankly the Bronco Sport is the only one that has anything resembling a right to label itself an SUV, vs. a crossover. Then there are looks, which matter to just about everyone more than they may admit (show me a person who says it doesn't matter and I'll show you a person who secretly hates what their car looks like). There are absolutely things the Bronco Sport is better at than each of its competitors, often objectively so. Whether it's better as an overall package is up to the individual's needs/wants.
