I will admit that, yes. The interior volume is on the loud side. Single pane windows and less door sealing than expected.

The lack of AWD is a deal killer.

100% agree. I have the same gripe with our Kona EV. Toyota made a small 7hp induction motor for the rear of the Prius. Why can't we use this technology for Awd in this Escape and the Kona Electric?
