@@spartan8185 it’s held up great so far with multiple 100+ mph pulls. I think the people that have had issues didn’t use the self tappers.

Hay quick question how far from the factory screws to front end of the splitter would you say sticks out ?

Would you happen to be one of the people that commented on my question in Amazon about the lip and how it mounts to the car? I have a vapor blue Gt premium and it has the track package so the lip is a little bigger but I want the other lip which I forgot the name but it’s 499 right now. I might get this one in gloss because I have the nite pony package as well. The high dollar front lips actually have a tab that slides into the Bumper so there is no self tap screws to use but these lips are not designed that way but they still look clean. I would use some bondo putty and sand it then paint it to fill that small gap for the 3 piece.

@@E85_STI no that wasn’t me. But that sounds like a solid plan. I wanted the RTR front splitter but iwanted to wait until I lowered the car first and see if I can clear my neighborhood speed bumps. But honestly this splitter has held up really well and for the price I can’t complain.

Any idea if this would work on a Dark Horse without the handling pack? I believe it's the same front splitter as the GT with the performance pack.

That’s a good question, I’m honestly not sure. Hell Amazon will take back anything on a return it might be worth a shot testing it out.

It’s perfectly fine. Install it the correct way and you won’t have issues.

Apparently some people that have it took it off because the splitter started to warp after driving at high speeds

I know a good amount of people didn’t use the screws on their install to avoid drilling into the bumper. I can totally see that being an issue with high speed. But time I’ll tell, it wouldn’t shock me considering it’s only $100

Are you able to remove the original splitter? Maybe a more flush look. I bought this splitter. Debating doing it your way or not

bro has a GT and puts that ugly 109$ splitter is Wild. y'all cannot afford this car if you're putting a plastic splitter on there. stop wasting your money on cheap shit. put in another 2-300$ and get an actually splitter From LVA or something better. also he's getting paid when you buy them for linking the product wake up.

The RTR front splitter doesn't look good IMO and is just as brittle as this cheap one. I know 3 people who have damaged/split their RTR splitters within 6 months. Not worth it
