I honestly wish they just made a bronco in a solid cab without all the removable top/doors crap. All it does is make it worse for daily. More NVH on highway, finnicky frameless windows, and all the weird rattles/creaks the tops make over bumps for a feature that most owners dont use or only use less than 5% of the time.

I never really had major noise complaints with either of my hardtop broncos but the soft tops are horrible! I couldn’t imagine using a soft top as a daily. Would drive me crazy

My concern with the Lexus is initial cost and the cost for future maintenance. My concern with the Bronco is long term reliability. I would go with the Lexus when comparing these two but I’m the owner of a 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM in the Underground Color.

I’m departing between this 4Runner, and Land Cruiser. I don’t know what I want but these dealers know what they doing because they are $$$ and none have exactly what I want even with as far as fuel efficiency, style, and performance. You have to suffer somewhere. It’s like why can’t I get what I want, you have 100 trims per vehicle (with the exception of the Land Cruiser).

@@chaelim8098 OEM instructions are for a Land Cruiser with the appropriate rain channels guards not a GX that will no longer have any rain channel guards. Watch any install video of an aftermarket rack and you’ll see you need to apply silicone

The land cruiser and the gx550 roofs are exactly the same and they are interchangeable

I had to subscribe after this video bro. You have dropped hella gems documenting your journey with this. I didnt realize until this video that you had a kid too. Me and my wife have a 16 month old, I bought her a BMW X7 as a push gift for our first child and now I need more space for myself. Currently in a Lexus GS-F, I be hurting my back trying to get my kid in and out the car seat. Im debating between the GX550 OT+ or the 2025 QX80 Autograph (pavement princess shit). Im happy to see that your stroller and car seat fit comfortably with hella space left over for groceries and Home Depot supplies. Keep up the great work Will. Looking forward to seeing what you do next.

Thank goodness we have the GX now as the family hauler. The OT is awesome hopefully you can find a dealer to let you drive one before you make up your mind, I think you’ll fall in love with it 🙌🏼

Great looking truck. I don’t know about the mpg though, my ‘16 Tundra with the 5.7 v8 gets better average mpg at 15.5. Also, it looks better in black. Earth color with the black fenders & lower body trims look cheap

A. 285 on the Lexus is not a 35" tire thats more a 33" a 315 would be closer to a "35 like the bronco. So different tire size

That does look beautiful under the hood for sure.. I don't want to lose my strut tower brace but I guess it will be worth it.. LOL.. OH and about the heat soak.. They do get hot.. And I have a gen 2 with 2 less quarts of OIl.. From the Gen 3's and up they went to 10 quarts of oil and they still get super hot..
