Nice, I’ll probably start the process of some boss mule funding, although I know I don’t have a lot of nodes to invest so I’ll be taking baby steps, and probably have to do arcane dailies, and will probably only be able to do up to CRA on them for a while. Still helps out, I’ll be taking it one step at a time, I think I’m just now finally getting to the point where I can start making boss mules. Just got my full arcanes on my main, main nodes are maxed. I’m in a good spot. Thanks for the helpful advice

One thing I think could be added in future mule guide is the trick about spamming multiple trio-nodes with slot enhancement to get higher enhancement lvl. If you’re new and don’t have 6k legion yet, make a marksman with IED % potential on your secondary weapon, emblem, and if you have them, familiars. The rest of your potential can be % stats and you can enjoy bossing without sinking your life in this game. That being said, beautiful guide Duky.

Why is everyone pushing Ranmaru armor in the comments when the true sleeper picks are Hilla and Von Leon? Flame advantage baby. And when its time upgrade to Abso, just transfer your way up. Its not like anyone makes 16-17* Ranmaru armor, so SF isnt inportant.

Ronmaru set is lvl 150 which can also transfer to abso. Ranmaru also have flame advantage. It's much easier to get than abso. But it's almost as good as the abso set

For the rings, there is an easy ring ring you can get, lion king, a short quest, 10 days of lion king (hard) and you have access to Noble Ifa Ring, thus filling the 3rd or 4th empty slot.

Finished off the 10th akechi mule last weekend with a lot of advice from your previous videos, definitely facts with 12* 300-500 nodes being enough to clap everything in less than 30 minutes(around 2mil CP, 93ish IED). Going to nlomien, 5mil CP 600 nodes is probably the baseline for

IMO the most important thing is do the research. Find out what the strongest contributing Vskill to the mule's BA from the class discord and boost the hell out of it, that is so important. Do not be that guy complaining about how slow DW is when you got level 4 Rift

The one iron clad rule, your main will always struggle for drops, your mules will not. My shadower has never had a Dominator pendant drop. My Mihile has had 2, in a fraction of the Arkarium fights.

I would note that after the new KMS update when we get 5 more node slots from level 200, it makes sense to go 3 trios instead of 2 trios as we will have excess node slots. This vastly reduces the node requirement for new mules.

Question at [20:30] since each class have different weapon multiplier for instance claw have the biggest one (1.75x) isn't the "attack" difference between fafnir to abso stays around the same for each class in terms of relative value?

for me when i started i used to get my bossmules to 14k stat with secondary and emblem 6-9% att. nodes just get DSI+Bind+SE. strong bursty classes. should do just fine for a start, costwise around 2-5b per bossmule, which it will give the meso back in 2-3 weeks. only at 6k legion and above.

Tbh, unless you farm on main like crazy (multiple waps per day), its better to put less nodes (50+ boost skills spread on 3 or even 4 nodes, ~10-15 skill nodes depending of how important they are) and put more money. Mules will fund next mules. Get armors/acc on 6% stat and then dump free hard cubes from bosses into them, piece by piece.

wouldn't you technically be able to just invest a little time in the boss mule and grind it to another 5 level step (or use any exp event to your advantage) to get 1 more slot in the matrix, even unlocking the next 2 matrix slots and just put in semi optimal boost nodes and level them up to overall save on the nodestones you need? i mean you can mix and match your boostnodes somewhat no?

Forgot to mention the Noble Ifra's Ring, its not too hard to get and it goes up to 15 stars and counts towards the boss set. You do have to do the quest on every character but its like 15 mins.

Not worth it, unless specifically it gives you 7 set boss for 10% IED. Otherwise Silver Blossom does the same thing. 15* isn't meaningful, 16-17* is.

What about interactive world boss mule funding? Up to CRA, you get like 165m per boss mule per week. This is like nothing contributes to main’s 22 star forcing. I would recommend stronger boss mules in interactive world.

Depends on the job, for some jobs (like ab and mihile) evolving is actually bis, and 100m is a pretty small price to pay (4-5 days of running ranmaru daily/1 weekly boss crystal). I would say absolutely worth for those characters

Duky I have a question about IED on my bossing mules. Let say I go up for nlomien and have IED at 93% (which is the level of IED to deal 100% damage, correct me if I am wrong). Does it make a difference if I have 95 or 98% fighting nlomien? Or should I go for 93% and spend the rest of points (let say hypers) on something else like flat attack? That bothers me really hard because I might be spending points on something which doesn't make any difference. Thanks for your answer.

Usually only play during hyper burns and get a new "boss mule" to 220 but only have 5.3k legion and not even maxed nodes on my "main" (in quotes since i only really play any chars to do whatever bosses they can and sometimes dailies) then wonder why i cant even kill CRA at 220 with the super OP classes 😂😂 usually I can kill HMag if I sit down and actually try to kill the boss, but with my brain if I see little damage being done at a time im like yeah f--- this, also could probably do CRA but because I play so little when i die out one time im like okay i tried fk this 😂😂i try and tell myself hey i should grind and get more nodes and be more prepared but then im like naw ill be lazy, im sure i can kill the boss no prob! The lv150 Ranmaru set is a direct upgrade from the lv140 set that you obtain from mobs. Then you can transfer those onto lv160 Absolab gear and transfer your lv140 head piece onto lv150 CRA head piece

Just so everyone knows beforehand, this is so huge for knowledge and growing stronger. But also, most likely your main is going to be like this "good boss mule" until you start getting further into the game. Like he said, you definitely should not even bother making a boss mule until you're much further in game. You could do smaller bosses daily for easy 100m+ a day but other than that, it's not worth it until late late game. Ugh this is all the information I wish I knew before coming back to the game.

I was a making boss mules at 2k legion and have no regrets. Have 5 lomien boss mules atm and still haven't hit 6k legion. Legion doesnt matter for making boss mules. Just make sure your mains nodes are maxed, link skills are set, and a decent event is going on. Legion is just a nice bonus

Definitely a helpful guide, but it's too bad you don't actually make 1B a week per character solo'ing up to Akechi Mitsuhide, not even up to NLomien(in regular worlds) Up to NLomien is 277,044,000 mesos in total. Up to Akechi is 210,731,500 Mesos in total. In regular worlds like Elysium at least it is...Of course in Reboot this is much more efficient. It would be good to keep that in mind for people in REG SERVERS thinking they'll make 12B on 12 characters after watching this, don't get too excited. it'd be more in the ball park of 2.5-3B if anyything, but it's still a worth while endeavor if you're motivated.

I Very strongly disagree with you on one key point: when people hsould make bossing mules IMO once you have a 260 you hsould make mules the key is being patience and expectations People should make their first mule or two 220 and unlock cra and start trading/struggling cra, then abso, and NOT investing any meso or nodes till main is max nodes and decent gear; but having the char at 220 and doing struggles means u get free abso, free stat from arcane dailies, and all equip slots full WITH NO node/meso investment!!! later on when u have spare nodes and meso u can turn these mules into nlomein 17* etc... but even a mule with 6% pots and CRA gear and unique WSE can already do some weekly bosses with NO NODES and ONLY free boss cubes! Then when u have meso and nodes spare u can invest and get it to lomein tier on a single 51015 + a few B worth of cubes!! this is much better than waiting as you said for months of prog before u even start then another month and a half before the bossing has the gear and etc...
