Lol for people in reg who are wondering how much $$$ you need to spend for 5 more end game mains that number is 25-30k PER CHARACTER upwards of 120k PER CHARACTER if you make your own gear. Not to mention the +1000s of hours to grind. GL to those with deep pockets

They really ought to change the potential lines you get on overalls to be more strong, it’s wild to me that you have to run CRA top and bottom over arcane overall for the extra potential lines

I get they want us to build up more characters but the mechanics in place for this game make this INCREDIBLY hard to do so (mainly for reboot but also for reg). I can’t imagine this being something most people will be able to achieve until power creep years and years down the line or unless they change the fundamental way the game works

Just kill the same 14 bosses 13 times on 13 different characters every single week, hyper burn 2 characters to 260, try to keep up on your main, and make sure you're not forgetting the events. But you know what? That's not enough, I think we should have 6 mains. Surely that won't burn anybody out. - MapleStory logic

So I'm also working on like 8 characters at the same time, and the problem I'm already running into is how to handle fragment income on Heroic. My main is 285 and I'm still only like 50% done with my Hexa (according to scouter), and my other 260's have about 1k fragments invested into each of them (plus level 1 janus). Tbh, it kind of feels like I'm hard griefing my main, and I was wondering how you would be handling Hexa personally, considering that it's so hard to get fragments on Heroic.

I split my mules with the 3k dailies for the 12 frags and i have my main and ds who can easily farm frags well enough without quest with good drops. With High Mountain, ill take my stronger mules or main.

if you’re actually only 50% of your fd your main is like 3k frags deep or something while your mules each have 1k so yeah i’d say you might be griefing the main a little but you can play the game however you want.

I actually like this change because i enjoy playing multiple characters and having an excuse to get them strong. on the way from 200-235 do you do any actual training on them? I play ALOT so i dont mind running dailys across multiple characters.

You could run dailies and monster park on them and throw bonks + exp vouchers on them over time. GMS has been pushing a lot of events in the last year to give players a lot of EXP so it'll just add on over time homie
