Swap to the AEV wheels, it makes a huge difference. PPF always good on GM paint.

I think you've done a great. I would keep the keep the current size tire for me, but just something different. Maybe go with that black salta wheels or power coat the ones you have for sure. Adding a winch in Utah might be a good idea.

Awesome truck JB. I was going to order my 24 AT4HD 3500 in the same color but ended up getting black. No regrets but when I see that color on the road I can’t stop staring. I got the entire front end (less grill) fenders and mirrors ppf’d shortly after taking delivery. I also went with 45% tint on the windshield and 15% front with rear to match. I’m happy with the results. I’m glad I didn’t go darker on the windshield bc I too have difficulty seeing clearly at night…any darker would have been too dark. Keep the vids coming…and btw hard to tell what you’re carrying in the pocket of the driver side door, but it looks good and it fits perfectly in that spot. Almost forgot, my vote is get rid of the machine look

❤❤ 🎉Awesome video JB. JB I seen a young lady with a GmC ,in Cordele Ga at love's truck stop. She added the 37 inch tire and she has the warn winch to. It was a 2024 2500 similar to your truck. Same color and no tinted glass. She received a few nice comments on her truck. Her truck looked awesome.

Your windshield is probably 50% which is perfect at night, I have it on my wife’s car and I love it. I have 35% on my truck windshield and it can be too dark sometimes

That’s the trouble with painted bumpers. They look good but they are a lot of upkeep involved with them. I vote leave the truck alone but ultimately it’s yours so you need to do what you like buddy.

Why not get the Salta wheels instead of powder coating your current wheels? The current wheels need to go.

THATS why i like the chrome takes the rock chips and dont rust near as fast as painted stuff and these trucks cost enough im not to pay to have it done so the paint will last longer

I definitely want to get PPF on mine. They did a ceramic coat on it but the bumper needs ppf for sure. I have almost the exact same truck as you except mine's. Just an at4 and not an at4x.

I believe if you a have leveling kit you can fit 37x12,5 under it with very little, if any, trimming. There are some dealers that I've seen do that. I just put 37s on my "22 AT4 2500, but I went with after market 18x9 wheels and had to do a bit of trimming. But i love the way it looks

I did as well. Same truck in Sterling Metallic paint. Hated tue machined edge look. Had them powder coated gloss black and all badges replaced with factory black version. Way better now.

Why don't you put bedliner on the front bumper? That would solve the rock chip issue and would look good to boot. I think for the amount you'd spend on powder coating the wheels, you could just get the Salta Wheels, which are great looking. To bad GMC doesn't off the Dark Essentials like Chevrolet does, makes no sense to me...😐

Black out the front and rear GMC logos, but leave the side in chrome and red. It just suits the Thunderstorm grey more. Also - I suggest the light up black emblem for the front. Looks SICK at night.
