Wheels, sure. But it would also need a lift-kit, most likely.

IF it can handle a 32 inch MT with maybe a 2 inch lift then maybe it will be on the threshold for Borneo Safari. The ground clearance will need to be address, maybe get it to 280cm?

Because Australia doesn't have a local automotive industry. No country in the world that manufactures or assembles cars permits imports with no taxes. This is very basic economic policy. The same car bought in Australia and imported to Malaysia would cost RM260,000 before shipping.
