Why did you spray the foam with bleach?

@bozo1118 it wasn't bleach. It was water. Water speeds up the drying process. The spray bottle was labeled bleach but it was for something else we did several years ago.

What paint do you use for the blacklight? That pennywise came out awesome may copy your idea. lol

The spray paint is Rust-oleum Florescent Spray paint. I got it at Home Depot. Worked great. Copy away HAHA!!
