This is probably my favourite layout, I love the front living room, the kitchen is a better layout for my family, and I love the half bath. And it's great to be able to have that amount of space in the bedroom. Plenty of storage in there, and a great bathroom. Fab shower, I love the size of it. I could live in something like this.

Yes!! I could live in this. Beautiful, I love the layout. What impressed me was the fact that it had two night stands on either side of the king bed for those of us that have CPAP machines. 😊

I love looking at all these RVs and I think you do a fabulous job doing it. This RV is gorgeous😅 but if I'm going to pick it apart I would say the oven is too close to the wall when you're cooking you're going to bump into that wall on the right. Also when you come in the door there's two chairs right there and if people are sitting in them it's going to have a hard time getting through the door. Thanks for your great descriptions and views of all of these rv's. And definitely not enough counter space in the kitchen. How are you going to prepare things with such little counter space.

Love the front living, its perfect for our lot! We are looking for an affordable but QUALITY constructed with no slides down the side with the entry door. We have a big deck it will sit next to it. Its been tough finding what we want.

It is an option, but we don't need the bunk, we prefer the extra half bath. Also our neighbors deck is in the front so that's why we're we're hoping to keep the bed in the back like our current 2006 King of the Road Royal Villa.

Wanting the half bath, bed in rear, and no camp side slides is almost impossible. Basically a front living option is the closest floor plan that checks most boxes, and you’d only have one smaller slide on camp side. You may also look at destination trailers.

@Camp-RiteRV yes, the impossible so we plan on at least one slide on camp side, probably two and we will have to raise it high enough to clear the deck and build access steps for the entry. Park model is the retirement plan but that not for another 15 years. We just want something for now/weekends and such. We love our King of the Road, but they don't make them like that anymore 😔
