2024 HONDA SH125 MODE - Top SPEED Test

My Vision 110 2012 with Malossi Multivar 2000 and Malossi X Special belt had top speed on GPS of 107km/h with me (100kg) with lighter rider (60kg) it has 112km/h GPS top speed! :)

Today Update: on a small highway downhill, with the big SH59X Top Case I've managed to reach 100 Km on GPS and I've noticed a Rev limiter. So I suppose this bike has it's revs limited and it can maxim reach 100 km/h.

I'm surprised its not any faster from the vision 110, because its suppose to have more power on paper

Most honda bikes are limited by ECU for efficiency and longevity, they might be the same top speed but SH engine will not work hard to get to that top speed. Also acceleration might differ.

I'm not really sure what to make of this ? I know it's a speed test video , but anyone thinking of buying this bike surely couldn't care less of it does 94 or 97 ? Maybe 100 on a downhill tucked? It's a scooter! No one absolutely no one buys a scooter for a speed machine? Don't get me wrong your video is well produced and i will watch more of your videos, YT put this on my feed . I think a scooter like this that can keep up with traffic is about all that you need ? If you want to go over and above keeping up with traffic, then a more powerful bike would be needed ? 300cc or larger ?

Great video like always 🛵💨👍🏻 97 km/h is enough for city riding / country roads and some occasional highway riding every now and then 😁 A 125cc is enough for everyday riding in my opinion 😃

@@IdealBike I totally agree. It is because your SH Mode has quite alot of torque (newtonmetres) for its amount of weight and cc’s 😉 The SH Mode is the scooter with the most torque of all the Honda 125cc scooters 👍🏻

I don't think so, the bike's oficial speed provided by Honda it's lower. Only 50cc scooters they have this type of limitations.

The speed has nothing to do with European regulations. Take a look at the Honda Forza 125 f.e..

Is a honda minibike and it hits rev limiter at 118km/h dashboard. GPS by Honda mapit app, was 110km/h One of my workmates have a yamaha nmax and also manages around 118km/h Other workmate but with a sym jet 125, hit 116km/h. All dash readings
