How is the bike holding up? Picking it up a 2024 tomorrow. Will be doing a few initial mods, but nothing major. Currently own a 2021 FE350S, giving it to my son. Will be fun to compare the two.

Great review, looks like an awesome woods bike. Please report if you experience any issues with the new fuel pump location and running out of gas. Thanks!
@MichauxOutdoors Жыл бұрын
No issues after 400 miles with the new one-piece fuel pump. I'll keep you posted. It's a good call-out to watch. For what it's worth, I do like the more transparent fuel tank. Always easy to see the fuel level. Appreciate you watching!

Ha, I literally just read a post from a FB group member saying his bike shut off due to this fact. Apparently TACO Moto has a fix coming.

Yes you do, this bike is unbelievable! Great handling (lightweight) and far more capable than my skillset

Me too and that’s why I’m getting one. Nothing like a great trail/woods bike that you don’t have to worry about trailering to your local trailhead, let’s you legally ride in areas that are restricted for non-street legal dirt bikes and let’s you connect trails that have stretches of paved roads that connect them. That’s the biggest reason why I sold my KDX. Very limited places to ride here in New England. The FE350S opens a whole world of riding that has been closed to me for far too long. Thank you Husqvarna!!!

I pulled the trigger this past Thursday and bought one. Can’t wait to get out on the trails. I have three really good trail networks within 5 to 10 minutes of my house. So excited to get back into trail riding.

Enjoy the bike. There are some mods you may want to make that make the bike perform like the FE350w and your still plated. Keep us posted on how you like the bike.

Do you not have to have back blinkers to keep it street legal??

Im about 5’6” 155 pounds. Do you think I can get away with riding this with just the lowered seat or would I be wanting to lower it?
@MichauxOutdoors7 ай бұрын
Hey, I'm 5'7" and ride the FE350s with just the lowered seat. The suspension does break in over time. I tend to mount the bike with a running start versus trying to sit on the bike from standing still. The suspension is awesome. My goal is not to lower it. Now, with roughly 1,000 miles on the bike, I'm comfortable and don't intend to lower. Hope this helps.

What company or where did you get the linkage plastic skid guard?

Got it from Enduro Engineering, part #31-1123. Good quality parts. I also have their hand guards which are top notch. Hope this helps.

@@MichauxOutdoors will it fit on the stock frame guard?
@MichauxOutdoors9 ай бұрын
Yes, it fits on the stock skid plate. Check your skidplate at the back side of the plate. There should be two elongated bolt holes that the linkage extension bolts into. It's a simple install. Good luck.

Great bike.....looking between the 350 and the 501. What made you pick the 350?
@MichauxOutdoors Жыл бұрын
I had a KTM 500exc and wanted a lighter bike for the dirt and single track. When I bought the 500exc, I was mostly riding sand and wanted the extra horsepower. Really enjoyed the 500, paid off in the sand, but was noticeably heavier than the 350. Today, I'm doing mostly woods riding - more single track and technical riding, so I went with the FE350s. The 350 was the right choice for me for woods riding. The bike is noticeably lighter and more nimble. The 350 horsepower and torque will surprise you. If I had to do all over again, I'd get the 350 for dirt or sand. Appreciate you watching

@MichauxOutdoors Thanks for the reply. Going to check them out tomorrow. Still torn, I'm 225 6' and ride in sand/loose pack in Central Florida. Can't go wrong with either I guess.
