2024 Hypothetical Atlantic Hurricane Season Animation V.1

6 years ago, the same list for the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season was used, featuring one of the rarest category 5 landfalls recorded in USA history. The previous year of 2023 proved to be an active year with boiling temperatures and above average activity with hurricanes Lee, Idalia and Franklin. However, what would 2024 have in store? Would the 2024 season utilise favourable temperatures and conditions or fall under the reigns of wind shear? This animation will show you the hypothetical scenario of the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season!
Hey guys! I know it has been so soon since my latest upload, but here we are! I hope you all enjoy this animation, stay tuned for November 8. Also note I will not be animating for the next month due to upcoming final exams which will hinder any progress towards animation so apologies in advance. Anyways, hope you all enjoy!

A hurricane like that in a month occurs like this, it's possible for one of the skyscrapers that are old and standing for a long time, near the east river around the New York metropolitan area would just collapse after 5 hours of strong 100 mph winds and 20 feet catastrophic storm surges smashing through the foundation of that building constantly, weakening the base at one side and falls over like a domino effect. Thats the rarest event to ever happen in a non-major hurricane

Not gonna lie, while I was watching major hurricane Issac going through the Bahamas, you had me thinking at first it would go into the Gulf of Mexico before you predicted it would turn north along the Florida coast. Anyways call me crazy, but I have a strange suspicion Debby will be the first major hurricane of the season because of the name and I think it will have a similar track like Camille from 1969.

On the 6th of April, 2025 the 47th RA IV Hurricane Committee meeting took place. In this meeting, there were many important matters discussed about the 2024 Atlantic Hurricane season. One of the topics that took place was the retirement of any storm names that were destructive or costly to the American Continent. The W.M.O(World Meteorological Organization) members had ultimately decided to retire the names Isaac, Kirk, Milton, Rafael, and Braylen due their destructive manner and costly behavior in the Atlantic. They will subsequently be replaced with Isaiah, Kade, Mallin, Ricardo, and Bryson in the 2030 Atlantic Hurricane season respectively. This season tied with the 2005 Atlantic Hurricane season with 5 names retired.

If this simulation happens in real life, Kirk becomes the first Category 5 hurricane to make landfall in this country, the Dominican Republic since Category 5 Hurricane David in 1979 and the first intense hurricane to make landfall in the Dominican Republic since Category 3 Georges in 1998.
