Saying this is the most "normal" animation of the 2024 series feels so wrong but at the same time it isn't the most normal one because 2024 EPAC existed (I do not wanna talk about it) My favourite part is how the IMD didn't take 40 updates to name any system (hi Biparjoy🙏🙏) Splendid animation keep up with the "animation once every 3 months" schedule 🙏🙏 (this is a joke but still great animation)

To be honest, the only reason kaani had 19k deaths was that it hit bangladesh (145m people) and that bangladesh had tons of deltas and its capital was placed near the river, allowing for a river overflow in a major storm. So basically i would shift a ton of those kaani deaths in kolkata towards bangladesh

I refuse to believe Kaani only killed 236 people in Bangladesh like Bangladesh would experience MAJOR floods like a river overflow in Dhaka, also including the factor of bangladeshi poverty and crowdedness, the death rate would atleast be 2k+. But still, great animation as always!!
