Happy New Year to you Monk! Out of the sets I tried or owned, I really enjoyed the explorer, davinci, and the sl41. I agree that simgot's been disappointing and I didn't like the sm4 or ew300 at all. Hopefully I can demo more IEMs from local meetups near me. Being able to demo stuff helps you to save money for sure.

My highlights were purchasing the Juzear Butterfly 61T, Pula Anvil 114 and the Kefine Delci from your recommendations Monk. Biggest disappointment from HBB the FatFreq Deuce, lacking midbase and cheap no name small iem case. Cheers for the New Year from Australia.

Hiby FD5 and Anvil is best two advice from your channel that i bought this year, yee and the Castor black... Else my best buys is Xduoo xd05t and ISN EBC80, also Tangzu Bajie, Xu Xuanji, Tangzu is my new Lott you scrape it and win, so i buy new tickets till i lose😂 will be fun to see Zeitan legend and maybe Sun wukong if it not get to pricey... You need to try the Kiwi Ears Punch. Best basshead set under $700 by far. Entire tuning is brilliant

Ngl the SLT6 kinda just looks like a knockoff of the SA6 MK2 in terms of driver configuration, tuning, and looks

I feel the opposite about the SA6 MK2. To me it’s fun, but not fatiguing. But I would love to try the SLT6 if I had the opportunity. I think the SA6 MK2 also looks way better with just the wood on the faceplate.

When a company needs to outsource their primary function of what they do, that's clear they have little to no clue what they are doing or how to do it.

@ Name me one company that is “outsourcing” the “primary function of what they do” - first of all, tuning is NOT the “primary function” of a company that makes headphones or earphones, that’s merely one, small, TASTE-DRIVEN component of what they do - and you are FLATLY and CLEARLY wrong since ALMOST ALL OF these companies that do collabs ALSO do NON-COLLAB products THAT SELL. For example, Ziigaat’s Cincotres, Doscinco, Odyseey are all popular IEMs DESPITE the fact that they ALSO do collabs with HBB, Fresh Reviews, and Jay’s Audio - in fact, HBB openly kind of complains about the Odyseey being a “collab killa” - so, the notion that doing collabs MEANS they “have little to no clue what they are doing” is laughably FALSE.
