The button on the shifter is only needed when shifting into Reverse. And you only have to push it forward once, not twice, to get to Reverse. When shifting from P to D, all you do is pull it back.

Great review. I bought a 2023 Sensory QX60. Love it…. I agree, the 6 cylinder engine is preferable to the Lexus 4 cylinder turbo. A nice option is the hi-res lcd rear mirror. It provides a clear, unobstructed view of the road behind you. It’s a must have in my opinion. 👍 Top notch styling was also a major draw for me.

Can I ask is this a really big SUV? Meaning hard to park in parking lots and other places? I’m thinking of one but coming from a slightly smaller Highlander.

@magnoliap5824 The QX60 is two inches longer and two inches wider than a Highlander. It’s bigger, but not a lot bigger. It wouldn’t be a huge change. But the Highlander holds more cargo.

I prefer this in the base model because it has 18” wheels, V6, 2nd row bench, heated seats and power folding mirrors, blue exterior color choice. That combo is very hard to find. The base Acura the mirrors don’t power fold and my garage is tight so it’s a thing!

I have been an Infiniti lover for MANY MANY years. I've looked at QX60 (2022) for a while and thought I would buy it. I went into Infiniti the other day and test-drove the 2023 😭 I hate it! I am so disappointed with Infiniti. It LAGS. Why put a 3.5L in such a heavy vehicle!!?? At min they should have had the 3.7L V6 and even then im not sure it would be much better. It drove like crap. I would assume the 2024 is the same crappy drive. I know inifiniti, I have owned 4 or 5 different ones in my day. They messed up big-time on the Qx60! What is happening to Infiniti!! Don't get me wrong, the handling was the same great feel. But the lag (even in sport mode 😣) was awful - just plain sad. I was actually sad when I left. I always hyped their cars. They disappointed big time ALSO WTH is up with the side mirror placement 😂 it almost looks like they placed it in the middle view of the driver and passenger side window.
