I love the 13" screen size! I had that issue with the barrel roll not working as well :( luckily it's only a problem with the case, it's actually the magnets on the case messing up with the gyroscope that's built in the pencil, which is used to detect orientation, movement and the position of the tip, unfortunately magnets affect that. When it first happened to me i got so scared because i thought it had broken lol

I’m not sure exactly how much it would impact user experience I haven’t used external storage but I’d keep In mind that keeping storage externally does come with risk, but I’d also compare the cost difference

@@hibaraushanaI think both are great but if you are using and 3d programs I’d say the I pad air with the better processor but if it’s just note taking the i pad 10th gen would work well

have you experience any battery drain issue from the pencil, like the pencil itself did not last as long per charge .

Not at all the battery life is really good even with the Apple Pencil it’s always at 99-100%

Great vid! Question to you and people in the comments - is there a way to reduce the sensitivity of the squeeze? Because I'm finding that the second I tried to draw I have menus popping up constantly. And I can't hold the pencil from the midpoint back towards me it just feels too unnatural. So I want to use the squeeze feature but I don't want it constantly firing. Any advice or ideas? Thanks!

I'm a procreate artist (no I did NOT make my profile picture, I just like it!) who does semi-realistic equine art (horses). I'm going from a gen 7 iPad to the iPad Air 2024. I could've went with a 13'' but went with the 11''. Mostly because the 13'' in my opinion is just too big - especially when I'm going from a 7th gen - and I just didn't feel comfortable with how I've adapted my palm from the small screen when using the 13''. I just felt like I was completely wasting the top right corner as I just didn't feel comfortable lol. Plus, I like my iPad for travel and honestly at a 13'' I may as well take my laptop with me at that point...! I also found when viewing in the store (I've played games on the PC for many years, since I was 9 - I'm 23 now -) that because both devices have the same pixel rate, the 13'' I could see that the lines weren't as crisp as the smaller one (you need very good attention to detail to notice this) so for me the 11'' was a no brainer. 11'' is better if you travel a lot and also like it to fit comfortable into any travel bags. I ONLY recommend the 13'' if you're not going to travel much with it and primarily use it at home.
