Sorry Jaye, I do not believe that they are real wood cabinets (maybe the doors?) and there are not 3 drawers on both sides. The cabinets, at least in the 2022 model, are press board covered in paper. As for the drawers, the top ones are just pop outs that you can store SOS pads, sponges maybe, or something like that. Don't forget to check your plumbing people!!!! Mine had 3 leaks....under the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and the toilet in the first month! Unfortunately for me the last two leaks when undetected for months. Yikes. It's been in the shop getting warranty work more than I have used it. Also, the J Ride is not great at all, unless mine is not functioning correctly. It is very tippy. Quiet? NO way. It is very loud when driving. Jaye's great though!
