2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 gets some new mods.

This weekend I added a Puig Racing windscreen, Tacti Tronics exhaust hanger, and black shoe protectors.

I assume you just got a windscreen for a 400, and it fits on the 500? My 500’s windscreen has that little cutout at the base “to reduce pressure”, I think is how Kawasaki phrased it… I assumed it’s just a marketing gimmick, but who knows.

Yeah I got a 400 Puig windscreen. If someone makes a taller windscreen for a 500 I will buy one but this will do for now.

How did you get the passenger foot pegs off, did you use a torque screw? Mine are in super tight

I used a bit that attaches to my socket wrench. They were tight but came off after a bit.

It came with the bike so I don’t have a lot of info on it. You might try the Kawasaki page to see if they have more info.
