The Colorsoft is exactly the same dimensions and the same cases / covers fit both the 2024 Paperwhite and the Colorsoft. The Colorsoft for how great it makes covers and the library look has a MUCH dimmer, more grey/yellow background to black and white text. The contrast is much worse than the 2021 or 2024 Paperwhite and looks like a haze is over the screen so while the color is fun, I still think this Paperwhite you have is better for 99% of the time when reading books.

I see that 25% faster page turns are advertised as a feature of this new kindle, which is nice. However I'm really interested if there's a difference in speed when it comes to using the paper white outside of a book. In other words can you perceive a noticeable speed improvement when adding bookmarks, searching for new books, typing, browsing your current collection of books, etc.? Thank you!

I have my library sorted. Y collections do speed isn’t really a factor. There wasn’t a noticeable difference in UI speed but certainly page turns are lightning fast!!
