That is true. Also slightly lighter. Both are great bikes and i would be happy to have either one in my garage.

Did you change camera? Compare your gsxs1000 vid to this for example where you are sitting on the bike. This one and the last few have had a yellow old type look to it. Look at the white on the trailer behind you. its yellowish. Just a thought. Bike: I am sure this is a fun ride but I can't get behind the brand for my cash. I loved my ride on the 890smt honestly, but I just wish that camshaft issue didnt happen or they handled it better. MT-09sp beats this imo but you cant find any in stock and gotta love 20k valve adj. The 765 is amazing too 1000% Guess if you get a new bike every year then it doesn't matter on brand and get what gives you the most fun and what you enjoy the looks of. Probably 40% of the people change bikes frequently until they find the one. Then years later they regret selling it chasing perfection. Like I regret selling my 636 and my gsxr750. Keep them vids coming.

I did add a different camera to the setup and I have been trying to get the settings right but it is a process. Hopefully I can narrow down the issues with the colors and the focus but I will need more time to be able to do so and right now as you know not a lot of free time lately lol. I will keep working with it and get the right balance in the future. I think the MT-09 SP is an amazing bike on paper and I would probably love it since I have ridden a bike with the same engine and found it to be great. I have narrowed down my personally owned bikes down from 8 to 4 now but I regret selling more than a few bikes in my day. Hell I still miss my Ninja 250 and wish I still had it. I have fond memories of all the bikes I've owned over the years. And not many that I wouldn't love to have back. When it comes to the brand issues I am sure they will come out of it ahead at least I hope so because they make some crazy good bikes. And like I said its a connection between rider and machine and its all personal and unique. I love most bikes I've been fortunate to ride and can really only think of a handful I just don't like at all. This bike is now my 2nd favorite bike I've ridden for the channel and I think everyone should try one at the very least. I really want to keep alive my idea of setting up a place to just do demos all day every day. Just so people could come and try any bike they want. I'm pushing forward to hopefully accomplish that goal. The beauty of bikes! I rode the 890smt and didn't hate it but didn't like it that much. Not sure why but it felt very sluggish from side to side for me. But I love to hear others talk about their experiences with a bike and how it made them feel. Appreciate you as always for the feedback and for sharing your experience and thoughts. You know I'm not going to stop!

If you value your time , money and sanity avoid ktm at all costs. I thought the forums were exaggerating but after owning one new , never again!

I appreciate you sharing your experience. What model did you have the issue with? From a ride perspective KTM has always provided a very unique experience and I've enjoyed most of them a great deal. But I know a lot of individuals have concerns regarding the reliability for the long term.
