It has blocked streets so no wanderers come in our streets, relatively close to PSO, obviously choice 1 has better access, it has less scrutiny from bahria officials, its scenic (as its on downward sloping hill)

Bahria is a disaster from today's market point of view rents are going down even the value of villas are going down Krachi ki real estate market phir bhi stable hai yahan kabhi bhi 2 crore ki property 1.50 mai nahi jati ma hi yahan rents reverse hotay whereas in Bahria wahan par apna hi koi rule hai.
