Markets by the river Thames is captivating,one can look over across the river the tower bridge, gazing at you ,it's beautiful spot to eat something as well as to have the view of river, breathing the breeze which is fresh and calming.its preparation before hand of Christmas,and in this cold weather it's good way to feel warm by strolling round many markets.The Spitalfield I think is far more interesting.but it's beautiful video,you are looking great

If you go onto their website or download their app you’ll see that there are several packages of tickets, rides, and food. I guess a family of four would typically expect to pay around £150 for a decent length visit. But that’s just a guess

Are dogs allowed at all these places? I also need information about the Christmas Fayre at East Heath Car Park, Hampstead. are dogs allowed too?

I have seen people bring their dogs to Borough, Leadenhall and Spitalfields. I couldn’t tell you for sure if dogs are permitted inside the Covent Garden market. The pop up markets are in public spaces, so assuming dogs are allowed, however Leicester Square market gets quite crowded, so if it’s a peak time, having a dog would be difficult. I didn’t include the Hampstead Fair ,as it is weekends only until late in the season. Maybe I will do a short later in the month. Thanks for the questions, and thank you for watching

As a Londoner I would clarify your statement for overseas visitors, "There is nothing more magical than Christmas in London." You are quite correct in that the BUILD UP to Christmas from early November is magical but actual Christmas .... Christmas Day & Boxing Day & the following few days are dull, dreadful & boring. Transport does not move on Christmas Day with Boxing Day limited services. Plus virtually all overland railway lines into/out of London do engineering works Dec. 24th to Jan. 1st so it is almost impossible to get into London. In fact this festive season is the worst ever for closed down rail services due to works. So in short do NOT plan a visit to London for actual Christmas - it is awful.

I think I'll stay at home and save money. 😀 If you have any interest in the old London docks you can find some vids on YT. Also, there is The Pool of London 1951 movie (available on DVD) that shows the old docks. Especially interesting are the views around Shad Thames, Tower Bridge and Pickle Herring Street where the former City Hall is.

As a kid ide be dragged up Portobello Market with mum etc getting all REAL fresh fruit veg nuts and god nos what else ( shops shut for 3 days unlike today ) then back to nans in Latimer Road . Then after a cuppa theyde take me up West to Selfridges Grotto and shops . I tell ya wiv all the lights and the bloke selling hot chestnuts on the corner off of his burner ( love em 👍😁) there was nothing like it and never will be MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL coyl 🦁🦁🦁😁😁😁👍❤🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
