Hyundai Tucson is a great car but Hyundai has screwed itself with the pricing. Nobody will pay 40 lakhs for a Hyundai in India and their experiment with premium cars has always failed. All features in the Tucson are also there in Creta which is 20 lakhs cheaper. Youngsters don't buy cars like Tucson in India and the rich middle aged people get a 7-seater like a Innova or Fortuner in the premium price bracket.

​@@GurkiratXSingh Tucson can be for car enthusiasts + luxury philic ppl, car matters for what it's priced not the "brand" statement, it just needs 2l tgdi & 2.5l gdi engines ditching the 2l GDI. 40 lakhs is too vfm for what it provides, but it can even be way cheaper, just that Indian tax plays a great role here for CKD/CBU & super long cars. It's better than Innova though it has it's own purpose, Fortuner has it's own purpose while being more expensive than Tucson, all the cars u mentioned aren't even comparable they're of different segments hence diff. advantages according to ur needs.

Have bought the X1 2023 18D(MSport). I was unsure about the power on paper as I had a Jeep compass Diesel(Manual) before. But I test drove the GLA AMG and the Q3 , honestly the real world usage won't make you bat an eyelid about the power. On the flipside, the comfort, cabin, handling, features etc is just a class apart in the BMW. And with ESC off and everything set to Sport+ and the perfectly weighted steering, the X1 is outstanding. And 20Kmpl real world mileage (In efficient mode) is not a bad look.

@@prasanthnaidu1 My first BMW was a 525d E60 straight 6 manual in the UK in 2007. Next a 530d F10 in India in 2016 then a 330d F31 in the UK in 2017 then a X5 30d F15 in India in 2022. The first ever front wheel biased BMW X1 since the F48 was never a BMW conceived platform but one developed post the acquisition of the MINI brand and its technology. Ifu still don't trust me on what I mean by 'u bought a badge' with the X1 U11 now offered in India with just 150bhp on tap, try scrolling through BMW forums internationally. A BMW that is merely 'adequate' compared to the competition is no BMW.

@@rakmanbaba True that. I was also quite uncertain about it and almost didn't buy it. But the GLA and Q3 were good to drive but missed out on too many basics. And with the X1, the power on paper looks low but real world usage is a very different case. 95% of the time it's more comfort than outright pedal to metal. I tried the m340i , fabulous drive but very impractical. Also ECU unlock for a stage 1 is always an option post warranty:)

We had a 2018 facelift Audi Q3 quattro diesel and yaar what a best😍it was a 35 tdi version. The pickup and acceleration is faster than the 4matic idk about the BMW but yeah if anyone is buying gla,x1 or Q3 plz just close your eyes and buy Q3. The SQ5 looks like the most mature of the lot, although the Indian version doesn't get the diesel V6 engine with massive 370 bhp power and a mammoth 700 NM torque. Can you sometime make a video on the SQ5 from other markets?

I own a GLA220D 4Matic 2022 model and it has front parking sensors working, that was not a provision for camera in the center grill it was a radar for ADAS, it had self auto parking

These so called luxury car makers omitting a very basic feats on their entry level cars which costs 65L+ OTR, e.g Projector Headlights, headlight washers, HUDs, Seat Ventilation & Seat massage, 3 Zone climate control, Rear seat armrest, Sunshades all windows including rear window, dynamic swipe indicators. We can get most of these feats in MG, KIA, and Hyundai offerings, we are quickly heading to a point that this thick line between premium cars and luxury cars will vanish and we end up with the just brand names that sounds luxury but offers nothing luxury. These greedy luxury car makers soon gonna end up in a pile of expensive trash of their own creations collecting dust and rust. Its so pathetic to look at a car that keeps rising the price tag but not in the feats or quality or any useful tech to the next gen demands like self healing paints, a nano coating on the electronics which protects from the water damage, why not?

In our family ,own X1 f48 20d sdrive xline, F48 is better than that gen q3 and gla .But now X1 offers amazing as technology but lacking 20d,20i,28i,m35i engine in Indian market atleast they have to offer 20d engine model here,thats their main selling point on X1 used to be,previously they have 18i and 18d models but they only launched it outside market they donot launch it in India.F48 is complete packge with 20d engine back in the days .Nowadays bmw India,hide those engine by flexing technology on new BMW x1 .IN my opinion Audi Q3 has more chracter than its competitor on its own way because they offer 2l tfsi engine instead of 1.5l small 3cylinder engine on petrol cars and also audi offers quattro system in this also definitely ,Quattro on Q3 is special than 4MAtic and xdrive on gla and x1 still x1 not have xdrive model in Indian market .Audi sportsback looks so sick but the problem is sportsback not suitable for small suvs ,even it reduce so much space on their bigger suvs .If bmw x1 offers 20d ,28i and m35i in India my choice will be X1 otherwise definitely Q3 or diesel on gla

Luxury brands are blatantly profiteering these days and government is doing literally nothing to keep prices in check. 65 lakhs used to get a GLC in 2019 and in hindsight it is not that long ago. If we talk about the higher end of Merc SUVs I've literally seen a brand new GLS go for 1.2 crore and now that exact same GLS with little to no changes goes for 1.6 crore which is ridiculous to be honest.

@@FasBeamyup and right now they are still fake blaming the semi-conductor shortage which doesn't even exist right now. There is no supply chain issue that is affecting production. The new GLC look exactly like the old one with weird new interior but is magically 20 lakhs more expensive at 86 lakhs on-road. Prices have gone up one segment higher for all segments.
