One more thing CHEF, it seems like the new bats are coming out hot and failing compression quickly. For league play I'm good as they don't test here. My main concern is the bat breaking early on. That's why I am having a hard time trying to get a bat that will last as well as be hot. Any suggestions?

This time of year is tough w bat breakage as balls are harder the colder it becomes. Manufactures are making bats to be high performing since that’s the demand. So durability is sacrificed. For longevity I’d recommend only hitting 52/300’s to get life out the bat. But we haven’t broken many bats if any under 509 swings

Thanks Chef. For my senior leagues we hit the 44's. Maybe I will get one of the new hotter bats and only use it for games? I have 2 Miken Primo bats that I use for BP and they are tanks even with the harder softballs.

The Resmondo is unavailable. But I’d try to get one as soon as they drop another batch. The demarini are great. Just takes patience. The Miken are game ready imo
