@TS-uc4hi fair enough with that top 5 but jorgy is more in the 6-8 range. He's a solid pitcher, albeit not phenomenal like the top 5 guys, but he is statistically 3rd in batting average (min 20 AB). He is one of the best hitters in the entire leagues, and a solid pitcher. That and he's like the entirety of the gaters team, and that trade just gets worse and worse

Problem is the league doesn't have a ton of credibility as to who actually decides who gets traded to who. .... Seems to be just sort of a accepted element of a small upstart League that some of these decisions are made for parity sake. It's hard to explain some of these trades otherwise

If he wanted to he could probably also literally open the league up for partnership. Right now I think the league technically owns all of the teams but they could really expand if they partnered. A lot of people didn't know this but for decades the Washington generals were technically a distinct corporation from the Globetrotters. And obviously most big leagues have team ownership. You could theoretically have an expansion fee. Or set up franchises or something. I don't know there's a lot of interesting possibilities if they continue to grow.
