Purchased Top of the line samsung Tv barely got past the warranty period before developing a screen fault contracted samsung middle east and was informed that they would not quote for a replacement panel unless I paid AED 200 for a service technician to confirm the completely obvious faulty panel. Lesson learned if you buy samsung expect to replace it in less than 2yrs with another brand of tv the last Samsung tv i will purchase. Buyer beware Samsung policy is the will not quote for replacement parts unless you pay a service fee for the privilege of confirming the repair cost entirely unreasonable best avoid the brand

Never buy Samsung Their life is less than 4 years. If you have too much money to spend then go for it Cheap quality of panel which cannot be repaired and too much cost of replacement

​@@stevepae5211they did not have qled 10 years back. They launched their first QLED around 2017-18. Stop making a fool of yourself because you might have won a panel lottery. I am specifically quoting QLED by Samsung and I say this with full responsibility after detailed analysis across on portals worldwide.
