If I wear NB2002R size UK10.5/US11 and Nike Air Max 1 UK10/US11. Should I go with UK10 or UK10.5 for these pair

So I wear a UK 7.5 in 2002R and 991v2. I have a wider foot. If my foot wasn’t as wide I can go true to size which is a UK 7. Hope that helps
