Muchas bendiciones y exitos

Good work, what is the difference between Nigeria fufu and cassava alubu!? Is this what we see in the market!? There are big dehydrated that can process this cassava. This is the first video I have watch you, but I will surely subscribe and watch more of your videos. In the north we have sweet cassava can be eaten am when it is harvested.
@leahscreen Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much, the difference is that the Nigerian fufu has been fermented and undergoes further processes while the elubo is dried powder of cassava, although, some also ensures their elubo is fermented into powder and yes this is the fufu that is being sold in the Nigerian markets and as for the sweet cassava, it can be eating when harvested without issues but you can't eat the bitter cassava like that when harvested, in Ghana they make use of the sweet cassava to make fufu which makes their fufu completely different from the Nigerian fufu👍👍
@tribalwoman13811 ай бұрын
I love watching how you both process your foods from beginning to end. I've learned a lot. I'm going to make this also. I made some Plantain fufu today for lunch homemade. it was good. We have a homestead so we always cook as much as we possibly can from scratch. no processed foods from the store, only fresh. Thank you for sharing. Peace and love to you and your family and friends.💗
