Hey buddy I live in the same area. You hit the nail right on the head with Ryan and Pulte buying up all the land. Big thing in our county. It’s really sad. Thanks for sharing

8 AM Thanksgiving morning 2024. I open up KZbin and see your video title and Channel Name and I have to watch. You see I'm from Ohio too, and seeing Ohio in the title drew me in. I read your description and watched your video and hit the "Subscribe" button right away. I will be watching the rest of your videos today and look forward to more. By the way, I live and work on a small farm in Richwood Ohio and I'm 65 years old. Keep up the Good Work Young Man. Seems to me, after hearing your plans for your future, your Parents have raised a Fine Young Man. 👍🇺🇲. Stay Safe, Farm Strong, and God Bless You and Your Family.

Great family farm footage. I grew up on a farm in southern Summit county - Springfield township. We had dairy cows and farmed close to 300 to 350 acres. Spent lots of similar times on an open station JD4020. You are learning life lessons that will serve you well my friend. ENJOY
