Deconstruction my OneNote planner daily page to help you design a page that works for you. I will walk you step by step in creating this page in OneNote.
Hi, I’m Crystal. Welcome to a Crystal Clear Life where we talk about planning, organizing and living a more simplified life. I use Microsoft OneNote 365 on my PC to create functional and decorative planners and notebooks to help keep my life organized. OneNote is awesome because it crosses all platforms so I can use it on my desktop PC, my iPad and my Android phone. That way I am never without my planner! Hope you enjoy.

So far loving it. I'm hoping you show how a daily template with 15 min increments links to a weekly template which links to a monthly template which links to yearly template I'm in sales and trying to create my rocks/goals etc. I've see several of your videos but I'm not sure how that whole "link" works I'm hoping to create a CRM template for leads/opps/customers where I input all of their info to a daily or monthly calendar event Hoping I can make that happen and enjoying your videos and how you help me understand. Thanks

How do you color in or mark your icons such as mood tracker? I had no experience with OneNote before starting this series. I've setup a general planner and a reading journal notebook and I am loving it. The videos are so helpful. Thank you!

Wow! Sounds like you have accomplished quite a lot. I am glad that you are finding the videos useful. To mark my mood tracker and such I will often use either the highlighter tool on the draw menu on my desktop, or if I am on my ipad, I will use my apple pencil and choose a highlighter color to color it in. I don't really worry about making it perfect I just want to Mark the fact of what mood I was in or what my energy level was. I also do the same with the household chores chart that I use, I will simply highlight the icon in Word as that chores completed.

Can this sync with Outlook or Google Calendar?

So as you will notice from my videos I have links to my Google Calendar. One note cannot go out and in bed a Google or Outlook calendar into onenote. The best solution for people who need an active calendar open at all times is to split your screen and put your Google calendar on one side and your one notebook on the other that way you have access to all of your appointments but you also have access to notes to-do list and other items. There is integration with Outlook in that you can look for meetings that you have an Outlook and create meeting minute notes related to that appointment. I set the notebook graphic as a background after I get it positioned on the page. I hope this helps.
