Hello mam , pls answer to this 🙏, if pt got pcm 3 hours ago as stat dose means at 10am and my time is 1300hours & ibuprofen is written in stat dose and pts complaining of pain so can we give ibuprofen or not?

Hi there. I got the Past Medical History from the Assessment. If you could go to Nurse Niezl Playlist and start with the Assessment. All information I have used in this Evaluation came from the Assessment, Planning and Implementation video. Hope this helps.
