hello! thank you for your videos, are we able to abbreviate in the charting (HR, RR, PEARL) ? I thought everything must be written out?

The writing documentation that will be checked in the assessment is only the NEWS CHART, GCS Chart, PHQ9, 6CIT and MUST. Other documentations here in the ASESSEMENT STATION aside from the above mentioned are not marked, hence, I have abbreviated them. Hope this helps
