Jason, Thank you. At 62 I retired and finally had time to start bowling. I watched you bowl throughout your career and was amazed at how effortless you made it look when you thru the ball. Over the past five years I've watched thousands of videos of you and have tried to copy your style, now at age 67 I have a 215-league average. You are the G.O.A.T. and I and millions of other fans look forward to your introduction to the PBA Hall of Fame.

I’m in no position to say anything to the greatest major championship bowler ever, but I find it interesting that he throws a backup ball at the 3-6-10 combinations now. Might have been a bad week for him on those spares, but it seems like he chopped more of them doing it this way.

I advise you to use an optimum idol in combination with surface and less reponsive layouts blend out over/under.
@Ironfangzu7 ай бұрын
You want JB to use the ball you described ON ALL CONDITIONS?? These guys are not exactly bowling on house shots. Every lane they bowl on, the oil conditions vary drastically, and they often have to switch balls even within a single game to handle transition. But you want Belmo to use "an optimum idol in combination with surface and less reponsive layouts blend out over/under." ? Every game?? You should probably check your I.D. Your name better be Walter Ray Williams, Pete Weber, or Norm Duke to hand out advice to a Hall of Famer like Belmo. If you actually are a ball rep, you should quit your job right away and maybe try selling cars. To tell a HoF pro to use ONE ball and layout is not only arrogant, but ignorant.
@mariob.21027 ай бұрын
I don’t know why you are getting offended by my comment. I‘ve never said that Belmo should use one specific ball for all pair of lanes rather than taking the optimum idol into consideration. Your argument doesn’t make any sense as no one may give pro bowlers or Hall of famers any advice ? How many ball reps are hall of famers ? Are Tim Mack or Mike Calderon in the Hall of Fame themselves? How dare Tim Mack to give any advice to Belmo when not being very successful on the PBA tour himself. What you are saying is, that every coach should be better than all his student. So coaches like Mark Baker, Rod Ross and Brian O“Keefe are all not allowed to coach professional bowlers as they weren’t the best bowlers themselves ? Who is allowed to coach Tom Brady, Michael Phelps or Flyod Mayweather then ? I was talking about a specific ball with a specific layout when he doesn’t get that look he needs. Due to the shinier surface and the much higher differential ratio the virtual energy often produces too much over/under also called wet/dry reaction. This often can be reduced by slower responsive balls as they lengthen the hook zone instead of transition instantly into the roll phase. I didn’t advise him to cancel any of the used balls as he seemed to be pretty happy with the certain look they gave him. I am well aware of lane topography as well as transition as I am into bowling my whole life. I don’t appreciate the way you are talking to others over the internet when you don’t share their opinions. This says a lot about you. If you want an intelligent discussion between bowling enthusiasts - I am absolutely down with it. I will take your advice into consideration and maybe sell cars also in the near future.😂 Relax a little and stay safe.

I don’t know what the top bowlers on the tour make in prize money and sponsorships, but it seems to me that they really have to love the game and competition, because most of them are obviously losing money to participate in professional bowling. I love to compete, but I’m also glad that I’m almost 68 and have no dreams of competing beyond my league play and a couple local tournaments, even though I bowled really well this year.

Hi! All of the vloggers have a single camera person/editor. The other guys will take a walk down the lanes to see what’s happening in the other end of the house, but my approach is to stay with Jason so I don’t miss any developments throughout the day. Our content is more documentary style, so I follow a single story line throughout each episode. I really like how we all have different styles and approaches to our vlogs. It’s fun to see how all 3 or 4 of us interpret the same day of bowling. -Jillian
