Just letting you know belmo. You inspired me to do two handed and now am one of the best bowlers on my high school team at only 13 yrs.

I believe you Lucas. At a very young age I bowled in the regional pro circuit in the Midwest region I am convinced if I had learn 2 handed approach than I would have been better as I would of carried the pins better You are ahead of myself by learning the 2 handed way now. Since you probably bowl with a 13 pound ball. Your carry of the pins would be stronger than one handed. The ball has more strength when coming close to the pocket it does take slot of practice to get the accuracy to bowl but I believe you enjoy bowling so much that you work hard at it keep up the good work. Let us know how you are doing. Thanks for sharing knowing many pro bowlers from the past I am sure belmo is happy that he had a positive influence on you

Another great video Belmo. I can watch you bowl all day, every day ( and twice on Sunday) but what I enjoy the most from your videos are the car chats... and the visit to Five Guys after a long day "at the office" 😊

@@dahweeble3123 Amazing how much flare there is. Comes back from the gutter shots. I shoot between third arrow and the middle arrow and send it to the brake point and it strike most of the time. I will drill another Journey with less flare to go out more. Love the ball.

Pro bowling is such a grind and unless you bowl you don't appreciate the difficulty. See you in WA at Atomic Bowl in June, always routing for you.

I have to agree, pro bowling looks like a tough sport to be in. I just started bowling in a league this year after not being able to bowl for over 35 years due to injuries and two back surgeries, that were only partially successful, but I'm loving it, and just hope I can continue without injuring myself again. (no, bowling wasn't the cause of my prior injuries). Just when I thought I was making some fantastic progress with two league games over 250, and a practice game of 280 and 12 strikes in a row between two consecutive games, I bowled a 138 during my first game at league last week. I followed it up with two games slightly over my average, but after bowling so well for several weeks, that 138 really disappointed me, as I didn't feel that I was throwing the ball badly that night. Oh well, that's how the pins bounce some times.

The funny thing is, Tim Mack was trying to suggest this aggressive no holds bar strategy but Belmo wasn't quite ready for it, trying to play it safe up the middle.

Hey Belmo! Good luck out there! How do you get such ball speed and power when your approach looks so effortless? Other bowlers seem to be really running up the approach and “throwing” it down lane. When I watch you. It seems you have the exact same approach every time and your rev rate and speed is just as high or higher than those other bowlers. What can I do to get more power without throwing out my back or my technique?

My high school coach said he wouldn’t coach me if I chose to bowl 2 handed. A few years later I average about 215 on a house shot; can’t imagine how much higher that would be if I bowled 2 handed from the start… I don’t hate on it, but it’s genuinely just superior nowadays.

As much as i enjoy the content, i think less content and talking about it and just bowl, enjoy it, have fun, you will always bowl better when you just....let it fly! your success had ball speed and POWER, you need to find that again and a ball you can trust. good luck. PS....the IQ Tour 78 U Ball just doesn't work, just ask Jesper and many others, that ball deflects to horribly with no hitting power. Not as much carry especially on off hits at 15.5 mph...Kyle was throwing 20 mph and many others had much greater ball speed and power, that was your game when you were killing the field.
