there is not much to see i n Manila except for the malls. But some recommendations: 1. Intramuros (walled City) 2. Chinatown- oldest in the world, but this may be hard for kids. Outside `metro Manila, the nearest is Taal Volcano and if you want beach side, nearest in Laiya Beach in San Juan, Batangas
